From Bogota, Colombia, to Asheville, Rodrigo's journey is about more than just bricks and mortar — it's about stories, community, and squeezing the most out of life. With over a decade of experience, including being a landlord and completing more than 300 transactions, Rodrigo has a deep understanding of real estate — the wins, the losses, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with owning rentals.

He's served as President of CREIA, co-founded AVL Meetup, and is rolling up his sleeves with Homeward Bound to tackle homelessness head-on. Off the clock, Rodrigo's world is all about family and the great outdoors — his two boys, his incredible wife, and the trails and mountains surrounding Asheville.

Executive Assistant

Lisa brings more than 25 years of administrative experience, including 10 years in academic administration and leadership. Originally from Massachusetts, she's lived across the Northeast and Northern California before settling in WNC in 2017.

With an eclectic background in film, photography, and health and wellness, Lisa has helped start multiple small businesses and thrives around entrepreneurs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, and spending quality time with her daughter, three cats, and one dog.

Assistant Property Manager

Trading South Florida sunshine for Asheville's mountain air, Bill brings eight years in property management — including managing a 250-unit portfolio with end-to-end leasing responsibilities — and three years in business operations leading a boutique arboricultural company in Miami.

What sets Bill apart is his shared vision with Vesta: to elevate customer service for both clients and tenants. He understands that finding the right home can be a path to financial freedom for clients and a haven of comfort for tenants. When not working, Bill hits the hiking trails, strums his guitar, and spends time with family and friends.

Originally from Oklahoma City, Zac has called Asheville home for two decades — attending and graduating from UNCA. His journey into property management began in late 2020 when he started a successful short-term rental in downtown Asheville, though his knack for fixing things has been a lifelong passion.

Zac thrives on problem-solving and is driven by a commitment to quality customer service. He's dedicated to helping residents navigate those inevitable "something broke" moments with calm efficiency. Off the clock, you'll find him on the disc golf course, hiking trails, or planning his next adventure.
